Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

As a private training provider we are not registered with OFSTED although our quality assurance processes and procedures are pivotal to our company and its success.  Safeguarding of the young people we work with along with the learner journey they undertake whilst on our programme are paramount to our success. Ben Hayes, is our Head of Centre, DSL and one of our trained First Aiders. All of our team have enhanced DBS checks and a minimum of Level 2 Safeguarding Training.

We are registered with NCFE and deliver a number of their accredited qualifications from Entry to Level 3 in Digital Media and Music Technology.

When a school refers a young person to us, they receive our QA pack which includes a selection of documents required to satisfy any school QA framework or OFSTED inspection. Although comprehensive, any additional documents are provided upon request.  We also welcome our referral partners to undertake their own QA visits and are happy to facilitate these on a termly or yearly basis.

When a student starts with us, a learning plan which outlines their current experience and interests and what they want to learn whilst on our programme. From there we develop a bespoke learning pathway and students are set learning objectives for each session they attend with us.  These are updated at the end of the session and new objectives are set accordingly. Students attendance is reported daily by 9.30am with our referral partners and we conduct half termly reviews with all our learners to ensure school and home are updated regularly in regards to achievement and progress during their time with us.
